Fulfilment
Same-day shipping is available for all orders placed before 1pm NZDT, excluding weekends, public holidays, and major sale events (such as Black Friday).
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
For customers within New Zealand, we offer Standard and Express shipping options.
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
- Cost: Free on orders over $150 NZD, otherwise a flat rate of $10 NZD
Free shipping is not applicable during major sale events such as Black Friday
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
- Cost: $15 NZD
International Shipping
We offer standard international shipping for all international orders.
Standard International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days
- Flat rate: $40 NZD

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Change of mind or wrong size?
We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
Sale items marked 30% off or more are final sale.
